About the job…

Sleep Dallas is growing! We are looking for a front desk receptionist in our Irving location. You will set the first impression for our patients, so a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills are imperative. Medical experience is not required, but you should be comfortable using and learning a variety of techologies and software. Daily tasks will include (but are not limited to) greeting patients and checking them in, ensuring that patients have all needed documents/insurance cards, assisting with receiving deliveries, and working closely with the clinical team. Our ideal candidate would be bilingual, but that is not a requirement.
