Medical Office Receptionist / Phone Operator Job at Manos Family Practice
Full Time office position available in a family practice in West Chester, PA. We are looking for a professional and dependable individual who is able to multitask. At least 6 months prior experience working in a medical office is preferred, but not required. Preference given to candidates with eClinicalWorks experience.
Duties include but not limited to checking patients in and out of the office, collecting copays and past due balances, answering phones, scheduling, communication with patients both in person and by phone, Medical Record Management, working with insurance companies, completing patient referrals, obtaining pre-certifications and working with electronic medical records.
We are a very busy office and are looking for a candidate who has great attention to detail and is able to work quickly and efficiently.
The ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere is important. Excellent customer service skills are required, ability to multi-task and efficiently pay attention to details in a fast-paced, high energy office is very important...
This job offers a competitive salary/hourly rate, 401K.
