Position Purpose:


The primary purpose of the Medical Office Associate is to be a vital team member that provides support to patients in a fast moving, exciting state of the art clinic. The position requires high energy and the ability to multitask. In return, you will have a rewarding position that provides you with positive patient satisfaction and results. This position will perform a number of secretarial and general office work responsibilities as it relates to the Outpatient Clinic procedures, as well as assists with other responsibilities throughout the center as needed.

Qualifications:


  • High school graduate (or equivalent) with medical office training or equivalent experience required.
  • BLS certification recommended.

Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance, and an FBI criminal history check required.

  • Work performed in climate-controlled, indoor setting 80.00%
  • Frequently required/prolonged sitting, standing or walking 80.00%
