SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor and Office manager, the Office Assistant performs general registration functions including appointment scheduling, monthly Calls to client's, manages the timely and accurate collection of important client/ staff information.

This staff member must also demonstrate superior relationship building and customer service skills. Has the ability to function in a multi-tasking, multiple priorities environment, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL AND RESPONSIBILITIES: DUTIES

* Greet patrons ,temperature check, and provide general support as needed.

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Check staffs log-in daily
  • Maintain filing system
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times per the companies policies and procedures.
  • Maintain ethical behavior at all times per the policies and procedures.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
