Master Data Coordinator (OH)

The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for efficient and accurate creation and maintenance of master data in JD Edwards and related systems.

• Possesses the ability to interact with colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Detailed-oriented and conscientious, with a process-improvement mindset.
• Must possess good organizational skills and the desire to learn.

• Owns the set-up process for new customers and vendors including lines of business (“LOB”) and business units (“BUs”) changes.
• Collaborates with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Service, and Credit to continuously improve existing processes.
• Gathers necessary master data information from various internal departments and external parties.
• Collects sales tax Exemption Certificates from customers if any.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Conducts periodic data validation between systems.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree

- Experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with JD Edwards (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM)
