Job Tasks:

• Properly set up & layout wall lines @ heights for cmu, brick, & stone.
• Install below-grade unfinished walls and above-grade finished walls.
• Install corner leads, jamb leads, & jambs.
• Properly install all structural elements such as core-fills, bond beams, lintels, & horizontal reinforcement.
• Safely work on scaffold and communicate any safety issues with scaffold to laborers.
• Know the basic process of installing masonry units, including block, brick, & stone

• Receive direction and tasks are fulfilled with efficiency and proper time management
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations.
• Operate a multitude of different saws for cutting concrete, masonry units, metal, wood, etc. Includes, but is not limited to, cut-off saws, table saws, chop saws, skill saws, & grinders.
• Operate wheelbarrows for placement, delivery, or disposal of mortar, concrete, dirt, rock, or debris.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as hammer, tape measure, sledgehammer, drills, hammer drills, chipping hammers, saws, grinders, jackhammer, vacuum, cut-off saw, etc.
• Provide job site & tool clean-up as necessary.
