The Marketing Specialist will support the development, production and implementation of marketing and communications materials that drive business growth, enhance brand equity and awareness, and shape the marketplaces perception of the five product brands within ProMach’s Labeling and Coding business unit. In this role you will….

• Implement creative execution of branding, collateral, public relations, advertising, events, and digital marketing campaigns that supports the strategic marketing plan to differentiate ProMach’s Labeling & Coding Group and their products and solutions
• Collaborate with the Labeling & Coding marketing team to establish new creative marketing ideas and innovations to enhance brand messaging and drive profitable growth
• Work with agency/vendors for branding, advertising, search, and public relations to ensure materials are submitted on time and produced as intended
• Develop and implement assets that support aftermarket marketing campaigns to promote consumables, upgrades, parts, and service programs sales growth with active and inactive customer base segments
• Develop and implement assets for marketing automation software and email marketing that support strong marketing campaigns to generate additional leads and revenue
• Assist in the production of video marketing campaigns that showcase the Labeling & Coding portfolio of solutions
• Support product marketing launches to assure commercial success of new products and solutions
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing assets and materials that support trade show and industry events. Support and attend in-person trade show and industry events that promote our Labeling & Coding product brands

Who we’re looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success; preferably in the packaging or a B2B industry
• Experience in the development, implementation, and management of brand identity standards
• Experience in managing and working with remote team is an asset
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite of software, with advanced knowledge and use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-directed, works well in team environment
• Ability to travel as needed (25%) in North America

In addition to growth opportunities, as a ProMach employee, you receive more than just a paycheck. Starting salary range for this role is $50,000-$70,000 per year depending on experience. This estimate represents the typical salary range you could earn in this position and is just one component of ProMach’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
