Marketing Representative / Admin Assistant Job at A Fine Shine
A Fine Shine is looking for an outgoing Marketing Representative /Admin Assistant
to assist in Marketing related, and other clerical duties. The individual will spend approximately 70% of her/his time assisting with Marketing and 30% in various clerical responsibilities.
Key Performance Tasks Include (subject to change as the organization continues to grow)
- Representing A Fine Shine in Chamber of Commerce and other community-related events;
- Visiting potential referral companies to introduce A Fine Shine (e.g. realtors’ offices, property managers’ offices, etc.), typically introducing her/himself, leaving marketing materials and answering basic questions, and;
- Following up with the execution of Marketing related tasks such as printing materials for distribution, etc.
Key Skills and Experiences include, though are not limited to:
- A professional, outgoing personality;
- Comfort and experience meeting and interacting with strangers;
- An ability to handle mild rejection;
- The ability to work largely from home initially without being distracted or kept from accomplishing key tasks, and;
- Professional appearance together with professional spoken and written communication.
