Job Summary:
Boardroom Salon for Men is seeking a CRM Manager to join our Salon Support Center team based in Southlake, TX. This role will be responsible for strategy and execution of tactics to onboard, retain, build loyalty, increase purchase frequency, and increase lifetime value by engaging customers with personalized, targeted and relevant messaging across marketing channels. This manager will work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Finance/Analytics, and Creative to develop insights-driven campaigns aimed at optimizing revenue and building customer engagement.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate has experience building and managing a robust personalization program, managing an email and SMS campaign calendar and designing data-informed CRM communication strategies and tactics. This candidate is self-motivated, loves collaboration and is an analytical problem solver deeply familiar with the test-and-learn process and ready to bring their ideas and experience to the table to build and expand a burgeoning CRM program for a fast-growing brand.
Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overarching CRM program for the brand, including both strategy and execution, implementation tool management and path forward/roadmap
  • Own and manage the end-to-end customer journey communication strategy, including creative and segmentation, across the CRM program
  • Develop the monthly email marketing calendar in collaboration with the greater marketing team to support all key initiatives and promotional windows
  • Continually enhance and optimize personalization strategies through testing, learning and insights
  • Partner with analytics and finance team to understand campaign performance at both a macro and micro level
  • Develop and manage business rules and logic for personalization tactics to ensure dynamic content is executed against strategic objectives
  • Ensure flawless execution of email and SMS campaigns
Accomplishments & Core Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar, MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing.
  • Experience with CRM implementation: Must understand the orchestration of the customer across all company touchpoints
  • Experience working with campaign management tools, specifically Hubspot or similar
  • Experience using personalization to improve customer experience and marketing KPIs across channels through the use of 1:1 data-driven content
  • Seasoned in presenting to a senior leadership team or executive audience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Membership model experience a plus
