Job Title: Marketing Co-ordinator.
Job Location: Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.
Job duration: 11 Months.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Sales and Marketing Department Managers, and their related section managers.
Basic job duties may include but are not limited to:
- Compose communications as required; maintain follow up file; perform required filing tasks
- Maintain up to date mailing and telephone lists - serve as a national resource from Headquarters
- Act as a liaison between internal and field employees
- Answer phones, screen calls, and channel inquiries to proper functional areas
- Assemble sales records; maintain all record retention files for future reference, etc.
- Schedule appointments and travel arrangements via Concur or World Travel as requested
- Coordinate department vacation schedules and/or group meetings
- Verify Sales Planning Calendar and Sales Vacation Calendar on a monthly basis
- Prepare Field Employees Expenses reports for viewing/editing/approving
- Prepare and Process Field Employees Apparel Orders adhering to current Client Policy and keeping accurate files on all completed orders
- Assist in marketing event preparations as requested
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
