Job Summary: Responsible for the management of production planning and project coordination for all Little Rock line pipes projects.

Responsibilities:

· Create production plan, obtain shipment plan for inbound pipes and coils from Logistics coordinator. · Prepare Bill Of Material (BOM), Sales Order, Production Order, Purchase Requisitions in systems, applications and products in data processing (SAP). · Update the SAP data with the most current and accurate information pertaining to particular projects. · Prepare the raw material requirements, prepare purchase requisition in SAP and ensure availability of the raw material to the production units. · Monitor and maintain the raw material consumption against the production order throughout the project execution. · Plan the kick-off meeting before the scheduled start of production. · Monitor Progress on Meeting Deliverables and Ensure Requirement Compliance to avoid delays in execution/production · Ensure accurate project documentation is in place and relevant information is communicated internally to the respective customers (internal and external). · Hold a weekly conference call (at minimum) with client/subcontractor and other involved agencies to ensure forward planning and timely resolution of problems and concerns. · Maintain close interaction with clients on a daily basis. · Monitor progress on meeting deliverables and project milestones. · Prepare project reconciliation after completion of the project.

Competencies: Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP preferred), Project/Planning Management skills, MS Office.

Education/Experience: BE/BS with 3 years of relevant experience or MS/MBA with one year of relevant experience.

Computer Skills: To perform job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing (SAP), MS Office, MS Project, MS Outlook and ERP Software.

Salary commensurate with experience.
