Our client is seeking a Manager of Social Work / Social Services to join their acute care leadership team in Philadelphia.

Schedule:
- Full time, Monday-Friday, 7:30-4 PM, with flexibility
Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000/yr base salary, dependent on experience

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the social services department and manage a team of ~30 Social Workers
- Train and mentor staff to ensure the efficient delivery of social services
- Assess and maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Support the transition of patients to skilled nursing facilities, rehab hospitals, shelters, etc.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- 5+ years’ experience as a Social Worker within an acute care hospital setting
- 1+ year experience with direct supervision of Social Work staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
