Position Summary

The Market Manager of Client Success (MMCS) is directly responsible for the successful vetting and preparation of each new client site including conducting community level meetings with all stakeholders to ensure understanding of MPAC programs and launch readiness. Once launched, the MMCS will manage the relationship with the community partner on an ongoing basis.

The MMCS will report to the VP of Market Operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Project management during site/provider implementation

    • Physician Introduction

      • Execute contractual collaboration agreement

    • Client experience and expectations

    • Community staff education on MPAC value and process

  • Relationship management/maintenance

    • Serve as primary point of contact for community-level clients

      • Understand client strategy and how MPAC contributes to its success

      • Troubleshoot any issues/concerns that arise from the client

      • Act as primary liaison between the client community and internal MPAC clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.

    • Physician relations

      • Ongoing emphasis of MPAC partnership value

      • Maintain physician preferences and goals and communicate MPAC outcomes.

      • Identify opportunities for physician partnerships

  • Performance

    • Lead Quarterly business review’s with community leadership.

      • Understand relevant clinical metrics and articulate achievable impactful action plans.

    • Partner with MPAC provider/RCM for community needs, priorities, and issues through resolution.

    • Represent MPAC in strategic value-based relationships at the community/market level.

    • Maintain awareness of operational issues/performance and communicate actionable solutions proactively w/client to reiterate transparency and partnership.

    • Articulate MPAC’s differentiation/value proposition with regularity

    • Evaluate opportunities for continuity through additional clinical service lines

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the post-acute sector .

  • Skilled communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to present information to all levels of staff and to physicians.

  • Strong organizational development/design and change management experience with the ability to lead, plan, manage, and implement change.

  • In-depth understanding of the post-acute care sector of the healthcare industry

  • Experience working with project management and CRM platforms preferred.
