Description

SHAZAM is looking for a Sales Manager who will lead a team of talented Managing Directors. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director of Client Retention and Growth to ensure the team is delivering a positive experience for clients and are upholding the SHAZAM brand and maximizing revenue, while efficiently managing costs, expectations, and resources.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a group of Client Executives and make certain sales forecasts are met, clients are renewing contracts with SHAZAM and that the client journey consistently reflects the utmost standards of quality service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring optimal business / personal outcomes through successful adoption and use of products and services.
  • You are also responsible for benchmarking, learning and adopting best practices, then promoting continuous improvement and ensuring that we employ the right personnel, technologies and processes in the areas that you oversee, and that all work is consistent with SHAZAM’s vision, mission, core values, culture and standards of excellence.
  • Work closely with Managing Director to escalate client concerns and detail possible positive solutions to resolve key customer, organization, industry issues.
  • Ensure delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review and people management.
  • Partner with other Managers to develop, maintain, and track key performance and quality improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for:


  • 7+ years of Experience in Financial Services Sales or comparable selling environment
  • Experience in successfully leading a team of Account Executives preferred
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with key Senior Executives in accounts
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding Sales Goals
  • Exceptional skill in leadership and talent development
  • Team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM required

Annual salary starting at $86,200 to $107,700*

  • Actual compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
