General Manager Job description:

The General Manager is responsible for facilitating the successful achievement of organizational goals through providing operations support and project management. He/she serves as a conduit between store operations and the corporate support center to ensure consistent execution of brand standards. General manager delivers revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service; managing staff.

Operations Management

*Proactively communicates and collaborates with multiple levels within the organization and multiple departments, and vendors to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the desired information, reports, updates, or feedback.

*Ensures company operations' facilities, safety equipment and assets are maintained in accordance with company and governmental standards.

*Serves as liaison between operations and all departments.

*Ensures that corporate policies and standards of excellence are uniformly understood and administered.

* Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

* Has a passion for training and customer service.

* Plans, executes, and monitors results to ensure projects achieve the desired outcomes.

* Work independently or with teams to move projects to completion.

* Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

* Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

* Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

* Completes other duties and special projects as needed.
