About us
We are a Property Management Company located in Cahokia IL. Alot of our tenants are in Cahokia but we do have tenants in Belleville and the St.Louis MO area and looking to expand. This is a fast paced and demanding position but we are a professional/fun work environment so you have a great office team full of laid back personality.

Daily Tasks Consist of:
- Responding to work orders in a timely manor.
- Completeing work orders properly and sufficiently.
- Be available during regular business hours and after regular business hours.
- Clock in and out of properties correctly.
You must have:
- Your own vehicle
- Your own tools
- Experience in Maintenance.
- Experience in Plumbing
- Experience in hvac (is a plus)
- Experience in electrical (is a plus)
You must be reliable, and work in a timely manor. Property Management is a face paced invironment, you have to make sure your getting things done right and at a good pace. Tenant Communication is HUGE so please make sure we are communicating with our tenant efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
