OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
This position is located in Springfield, IL at Pinewoods Apartments. The maintenance technician is responsible for the receipt, distribution, follow-up, and control of maintenance requests.
Preventive maintenance schedules and adherence to them is the responsibility of the maintenance technician. This individual will oversee the make-ready process of an apartment and work with the community manager to ensure that units are ready for immediate occupancy.
Pay: $17-22/hr DOE + $50/month phone allowance & competitive benefit package, including a 401(k) match after 6 months of employment
