Annual Salary: $16-$18 an hour

Position Summary:

What you have already achieved (Requirements):

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• 1-year Facilities Maintenance Occupations experience
• 1-year maintenance technician experience
• Must have reliant transportation, cell phone service, and a basic set of tools
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• HVAC Certification is preferred but not required

What you are great at (Responsibilities):

• Excellent Customer Service
• Excellent communication with the property manager and staff
• Survey buildings to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.)
• Inspect systems
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure the functionality
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)

• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Weekend availability
