One of our platform brands, SquareHouse Property Management (https://www.squarehousepm.com/) is expanding in Oklahoma City, OK and is looking for a Maintenance/Field Operations Technician who will help manager the upkeep and quality of the properties we manage.

The lifeblood of our guests hospitality our field techs work as a team to manage a portfolio of properties rented as short-term rentals through Airbnb and VRBO rentals. We are looking for someone to be on the ground help for daily operations and any urgent needs that arise. The Maintenance/Field Operations Technician will be fully responsible for property maintenance, including, but not limited to, air filters, maintaining trash management, property inspections, logging and following up on repairs. Working hands on in the field inspecting properties and addressing issues. Handling and resolving escalated guest service issues. Working closely with the cleaning team to ensure high standards are always met.

Responsibilities:
