Maintenance Technician Job at Garden OB-GYN
We are a busy OBGYN office with multiple locations looking for a reliable handyman to upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of our 9 offices. We will rely on the right person to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. You must be well organized, with strong repair skills, an eye for detail and physical stamina.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- perform maintenance and light repairs
- repair equipment or appliances
- undertake duties that are assigned or in case of emergency
- identify and report the need for major repairs
**REQUIREMENTS**
- proven experience as a handyman
- experience with hardware and electrical equipment
- basic understanding of electrical and plumbing
- basic math skills
- great communication skills
- well organized
- attention to detail
