Operate, troubleshoot, repair and conducts PM's on all mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment.
Ensure compliance with Lockout/tag out requirements and all applicable safety requirements.
Troubleshoot and work on system peripherals of PLC controls
Conduct daily walk-through of facility noting deficiencies and initating corrective action.
Uses computers to document maintenance and PM actions and parts usage in CMMS
Communicate effectively at all levels within the facility
Operate powered lifting equipment in support of maintenance functions.
Analyze, understand and apply equipment knowledge to process improvements.
Train others in mechanical, electrical and facility level roles as needed.
Ability to perform job requirements using equipment including but not limited to: stairs, ladders, various types of lifits, electrical testing equipment, mechanical repair equipment and other types of tools.
Meet performance, production and departmental goals.
Backfill maintenance positions as necessary.
Other duties as assigned
