ARM GROUP is looking for a Maintenance Technician / Electro-Mechanical Technician for our Client located in Iowa City, IA

ROLE

• To perform installation and maintenance of proprietary client equipment (e.g. Extrusion)
• Blow Molding machines, Stretch Blow Molding machines, Injection Molding machines, packaging systems, automated palletizers) and general facility maintenance.
• Maintains molding machines
• Minor modification to machinery
• Performs preventive maintenance
• Performs predictive maintenance

• Performs troubleshooting and repairs molding machines with technical assistance
• The position description is not all inclusive and I may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
• Performance Measurements:

• Minimized down time
• Timely preventive maintenance

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years" experience as Maintenance Technician

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Associates degree
• Performing a basic-skilled level of maintenance activities sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job listed above

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Industrial maintenance: 2 years (Required)
