Maintenance Technician-3rd* Shift*
We are seeking motivated, exceptional individuals who are looking for the opportunity to serve as a Maintenance Technician at MARSHALLTOWN. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor or his designee, the Maintenance Technician plays a pivotal role in the day to day operations at MARSHALLTOWN.

Specific Responsibilities Include: *

• Cleaning and preventative maintenance on machines and other related equipment
• Ability to use all types of hand tools
• Various mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work
• Performing basic adjustments to equipment

• Operating powered industrial equipment to move product and materials in an efficient and safe manner

• Assist other maintenance team members with all day to day requirements
• Other duties assigned by the Supervisor

Preferred Requirements Positions Include: *

• Must be able to successfully pass the Material Handler Written Exam and complete a forklift certification
• Basic math skills and the working knowledge of electric, hydraulic, and pneumatics
• Attention to detail while operating safely is a must
• Excellent attendance is required
• Ability to regularly lift up to 60 lbs.
• Computer proficiency using handheld scanners and keyboards
• Set up experience in a manufacturing facility
• Advanced course study in industrial maintenance or 2 years PM experience in a manufacturing facility
