General Description of Work
Performs maintenance tasks assigned by the General Manager or Maintenance Manager. Mostly power washing the outside areas, clean up, table and chair maintenance, watering plants and window cleaning.
Essential Function:
- Power wash outside areas to maintain them in almost brand new condition using power wash machine.
- Clean up areas as assigned using tools provided to them- power washer cleaner, mop, broom, etc
- Table and chair maintenance.
- Waters plants on a scheduled basis.
- Cleans the windows using the proper tools and chemical supplies provided.
- Other light maintenance and janitorial duties as assigned.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience:
- Minimal experience is required
Language Skills:
- Must be able to understand basic English to receive directives and communicate with managers.
Physical Ability
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
- The work is done outside in temperatures typical to South Florida warm and hot climate.
- Must be able to use ladder and other equipment to perform essential functions of the job
