A.D. Tubi is the most skilled welded tubing manufacture and operates its North American Headquarters here in North Carolina. We manufacture welded tubing for energy markets such as power generation, petro-chemical and oil & gas.
We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role you will know how to:
- Maintain plant equipment and perform repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Work in a team environment to successfully achieve individual and company goals
Pay Range starts at $28.00, higher salary based on experience level.
Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will support hourly maintenance staff across multiple shifts, maintain all equipment and tools in a proper state, ensuring their efficiency and cooperating with the Plant Manager for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conducts department meetings to ensure proper documentation and timely closure
- Assist with maintenance planning and performance improvement.
- Communicate with line personnel and management regarding key maintenance issues impacting production.
- Ensure maintenance staff are trained and performing efficiently within the appropriate procedures, specifications, and standards.
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
- Manage and maintain all tools and stock assigned to them
- Maintain the correct operation of all auxiliary equipment (compressors, cooling towers, etc.)
- Manage and execute correct documentation of all maintenance forms
- Execute repairs in case of breakdowns
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Correctly identify anomalies and malfunctions of weld mills and auxiliary equipment
- Execute repair of production components (welding clamps, rolls, etc.)
- Manage stock of materials necessary for maintenance (screws, gaskets, clamps)
- Support and supervise maintenance personnel
- Support and perform equipment modification
- Manage and report electrical, gas and water consumption
Abilities
- Good mechanical knowledge
- Good electrical knowledge
- Good pneumatic knowledge
- Good PLC knowledge
- Basic knowledge in technical drawing
- Use of lathe and milling machine
- Use of measuring devices, knowledge of metric and imperial measurement systems
- Use of maintenance tools
- Certified ability to safely use cranes, forklifts, and other lifting equipment
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
