Maintenance Mechanic Job at Orange City Area Health System
Description: The Maintenance Mechanic duties include all aspects of building maintenance and repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and preventive maintenance. The Mechanic will work primarily at Prairie Ridge Care Center and will help cover at the Main Hospital Campus, Downtown Campus, Landsmeer Ridge, and other contracted sites.
Number of Hours: Full-time: 40 hours/week
Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Monday – Friday; on-call every 6 weeks / 1 holiday/year.
Educational Requirements: Prefer certification in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or related fields but not necessary. Will consider training the right individual with the desire to be part of a strong team
Other: The Maintenance Mechanic must be able to work independently and as a team member. He/she must be self-motivated, flexible, and have a positive attitude.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
