CORRUGATED MAINTENANCE
PCA Arlington is an upcoming state of the Art facility with the latest machines and technology.
  • Machines include a New full line corrugator, new fully robotic flexo folder gluer and a state of the art diecutter.

Future development

  • Arlington has a lot of opportunities for growth and development. We are looking for high caliper individuals that are self-driven and team oriented. Future opportunities are available as the plant grows. Pay-Benefits:

  • Pay Range from $24.41- $36.38 based on skills and experience.

  • Gain sharing program allows all employees to earn up to a 10% bonus each year based on plant metrics

1.5 pay over 8 hours, over 40 hours and weekends.


1.5 pay on holidays, plus additional overtime over 8 hours on holidays.


Uniforms provided.


Up to 100 paid training hours annually for technicians to advance through the progressiveskill levels.


Stipend for safety shoes, safety glasses and tools.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, replacemechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plantequipment and facilities.
Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity, decrease downtime and waste.

  • Basic mix of electro-mechanical industrial maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics, required
  • Ability to troubleshoot/replace, A/C motors, D/C motors, analog and digital sensors, bearings, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic components
  • Ability to calibrate machines; electrically and mechanically
  • Schedule required maintenance per established PM’s
  • Schedule routine work orders
  • Respond to emergency work orders within established parameters of timely response
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of plant operations and facility management
  • Sharing your knowledge and gaining knowledge from the rest of the team is essential
  • Knowledge and ability to read/interpret schematics,highly preferred
  • Experience and compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and organized
  • Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs

Must be able to follow all safety and company policies that include lock-outtag-out procedures.


BASICQUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1 year of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairingindustrial manufacturing equipment.


Must haveknowledge and experience with repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical,hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems and industrial equipment.
Be passionate about maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.


Must have own basic tools (PCA will provide specialized tools and an annual toolallowance).


Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical degree and/or comparable experience insuccessfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment;particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.
