Mailroom Assistant & Receptionist Job at Les Schwab Headquarters
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, UPS, FedEx, and interoffice. Help with backing up receptionists and working on various department projects.
MAILROOM ASSISTANT & RECEPTIONIST PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sorting daily morning mail and delivering to all departments.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing UPS & FedEx. Fast-paced team environment.
- Prepare daily shipments to Prineville for other departments and LS trucks. Learn and back up receptionist phone system when needed.
- Help with department projects.
- Process and deliver mail and various deliveries.
- Maintain inventory and stock office.
- Receive and fulfill orders throughout all company divisions.
- Provide general shipping information.
MAILROOM ASSISTANT & RECEPTIONIST MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Phone, computer, and in-person communication skills.
- Daily deliveries require walking and some lifting (up to approximately 40 lbs)
- Fast-paced team environment, up on feet often.
