This is the role:
We are looking for professionals to join our Ranson, West Virginia team as a Machine Technician. The Machine Technician efficiently inspect and diagnose the underlying problem before determining the right course of action - whether replacing parts, repairing the machinery or recommending replacement.

This is What You Offer:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience and working with automated equipment preferred.
- Grow and develop the team by sharing knowledge / experience.

Essential Functions:
- Safety and efficiently manufacture quality stone insulation ensuring production as the highest possible output, maintaining the high standard of quality expected by our customers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Successfully make product changes efficiently, maintaining a smooth uninterrupted flow of product.
- Basic troubleshooting of equipment and act as a first line defense for process, mechanical and technical issues.
- Ensure volumes are produced and delivered against production plan and key performance indicators.
- Adhere to established quality and environment standards to identify and mitigate /escalate quality or environmental risks/issues.
