RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To operate & control all the phases of operating the dehacker and packaging brick.
• Responsible for setting up machinery for automatic operation for different type of bricks which will require the use of hand tools to make mechanical adjustments.
• Manually straighten brick on the kiln cars by pushing, pulling & sliding the brick together to get them positioned to be picked up by the automatic machinery.
• Monitor the operation of the dehacking machine, remove defective brick & insert good brick for creating the brick cubes.
• Complete daily production report.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Quality oriented
• Conscientious worker
• Self-motivated
• Able to read and write to keep accurate records

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Able to perform various form of physical labor (i.e lifting up to 70 lbs./ standing)
• Committed to working in a zero harm workplace
• Have a good mechanical aptitude
• Must be a team worker
• Able to work flexible hours when needed
• Must be flexible and responsible.
• Must be able to work in cold and hot climates as well as dusty and dirty environments
