3rd Shift Machine Operator
Bradford Company has manufactured packaging products and material handling systems since 1924 and provides expertise and high quality solutions to some of the largest companies in the world. The Company is a fifth generation family-owned business. We are seeking qualified Machine Operators to join our 3rd shift manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have good mechanical and electrical skills.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay range for this position is based on qualifications and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for set-ups and coordinating operations to minimize downtime and assure continuous quality production.
Responsible for full machine preparation and set-up. Able to recognize and correct operating difficulties and maintain a satisfactory productivity rating. Demonstrate good problem solving skills and participate in and promotes cross training. Follow all Company safety policies and practice and promote safe work practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mechanical aptitude, ability to read a tape measure, and the flexibility to work 8, 10, or up to 12 hour shifts are essential.
