We are seeking 1 PT LVN to work our NOC shift.

Job Description:

• Provides the primary bedside skilled nursing portion of daily care.
• Leads a team of compassionate and professional CNAs.
• Must have clear communication, both verbal and written
• Work well with a team of colleagues to give patient-centered care

Requirements:

• LVN License
• BCLS CPR certification
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with residents and staff
• 1 Year of experience in skilled nursing is preferred
