Job Description

The Bellman is responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Bellman is responsible for assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, unloading luggage, and extend the initial friendly welcome to the hotel guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes proactively greeting each guest.
  • Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance,
  • Keep work area clean of debris.
  • Follow established dress code and hygiene guidelines; including being properly identified.
  • Alert appropriate personnel if suspicious activity is noticed during the regular course of duty or of any unsafe driving conditions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate guest service logs and other required data.
  • Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or

Education & Experience:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English; verbally and written.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation, and exhibit full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally run.
  • Ability to run up and down multiple level of stairs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
