Anticipated Opening: Long-term Substitute Educational Technician II or III
St. George School is a community-centered PreK-8 public schoo l located in picturesque Mid-Coast Maine.
We are committed to academic excellence, community engagement, Expeditionary Learning , and
teachers working in teams to innovate, educate, and develop as professionals.
We are looking for a Long-term Substitute Ed Tech II or III to join our school community. Along with other
duties, this position may provide 1:1 support for PreK-8 students identified with life skills and/or
emotional/behavioral needs. This person will work with students in a variety of settings (classroom, resource
room, playground, field trips, etc.) and collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education teachers,
and other service providers to implement students’ academic and behavioral programs. Job descriptions are
available on the St. George MSU website. This position will begin in early April 2023 and terminate at
the end of the current 2022-2023 school year.
Maine Department of Education Ed Tech II or III certification and Maine Criminal History Records Check
required. Applications will be accepted until a suitable candidate is found. Individuals interested should
