Location: Redmond, WA(Initial Remote)

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • 15+ years of product management skills, ability to multitask effectively, and work cross-functionally
  • Experience as a project manager in an agile project environment
  • A self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal follow up
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage stakeholders within a dynamic business environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills
  • Extensive understanding of digital marketing business practices
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft will be an added advantage
  • Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience
  • Passion and knowledge for gaming and entertainment required experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Collection, receipt, tracking, aggregation, and distribution of game assets to and from publisher partners and Marcom to key contacts internally and externally for use in global consumer marketing campaigns, regional executions, channel marketing, owned channel global programming, PR events, retail toolkits, etc.
  • Organize, manage, and lead weekly and monthly updates including status updates to regional teams and key stakeholders as well as development and publishing partners.
  • Drive execution of key marketing programs when needed, including brand and collateral approvals, creation of executional materials (i.e., websites, fulfilment locations, etc.) and partner approvals.
  • Coordinate with cross geo internal teams to ensure alignment and progress in campaign execution and relevant client/project updates.
  • Execute on promotional plans by product marketing, account management teams, and external partners/publishers.
  • Track ongoing progress of projects and deliver timely updates to clients.
  • Be knowledgeable on digital marketing best practices, technologies, and trends. CAN-SPAM best practices and GDPR compliance is followed.
  • Monitor internal testing results and industry best practices. Integrate learning to ensure optimal results, improved deliverability, and compliance around permission-based marketing
  • Leverage campaign management best practices to optimize campaign performance, including techniques like A/B or multivariate testing, personalization, and segmentation
  • Supporting globally prioritized events around the world with centralized communication, asset management, regular communications, and management of game builds throughout the campaign.
