Responsibilities:

  • Prepare buffers, solutions, and other kit components following approved protocols
  • Participate in production schedule planning, adherent to the Production Schedule and escalate issues as needed
  • Utilize ERP (NetSuite) to execute work orders, perform inventory transfers and receive shipments timely and accurately.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and keep the inventory discrepancy rate under 2
  • Wear proper PPE, handle hazardous chemicals safely, and actively identify and address safety concerns.
  • Monitor, qualify, and maintain calibration of laboratory instrumentation used for manufacturing
  • Perform reagent manufacturing, logistics planning, and other tasks as assigned
  • Assist in assembly and packaging of reagents and consumables for both domestic and international shipment
  • Process received materials and equipment, and spare parts for inventory accuracy in NetSuite
  • Manage daily shipping and return requests for all departments.
  • Execute tasks under approved SOPs, document production using batch records, and contribute to improving the overall quality in operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Assist technology transfer, batch record revision, and manufacturing scaleup
  • Lead or participate in process improvement projects.
  • Initiate, manage and investigate deviations and CAPAs.
  • Maintain the shipping and receiving dock by moving and organizing boxes and pallets as needed.

Other abilities:

  • Able to lift 40lbs weight
  • The use of a personal vehicle to travel between worksites or other locations is a primary job duty

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Experience working in laboratory
  • Experience working with ERP system is preferred
  • Experience working under GLP/GMP and following good documentation and compliance practices
  • Experience with laboratory safety procedures and documentation
  • Detail oriented and meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to take/accept new responsibilities and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
