Classic Granite & Marble is a fast growing, locally owned, fabricator and installer of natural stones, Quartz, and porcelain. We handle all projects from beginning to end, which includes laser templating, CAD, fabrication, and installation. Our clients include both residential homeowners as well as building contractors. With our increased volume and growing installation teams, we are looking for a detailed, experienced, and organized person to add to our administrative team in Logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Document and report all returned materials each morning with actionable resolutions.
• Count pieces going out for installation each morning and verify all accounted for with no damages and that all supplies and accessories are loaded for each installation crew.
• Ensure all field teams are compliant with company standards and regulations, including uniforms, badges, crews, and tools/performance.
• Prepare and interpret departmental data as needed; create relevant cadenced reports.
• Address field issues remotely from the office as they come up with a response time of under 5 minutes.
• Track field crew locations and follow-up regularly to report current locations/statuses.
• Monitor template crews throughout the day and log wasted trips and reroute as needed to fill schedule.
• Route and assign template and install crews based on predefined parameters.
• Monitor field crew vehicle quality, ensure truck inventories are updated regularly.
• Review jobsite inspection results and report them to the management team daily. Coordinate follow-up services and training based on results.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We are looking for an organized person with strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist our installation and service field teams. You will spend a good portion of each day on the phone with CGM installation crews and/or customers. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM with rotating Saturday mornings at least once per month.

Primary Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's license
• Strong conversational skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong computer skills (including mobile devices)
• Basic math required (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, square roots)
• Ability to display critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to properly use and read a measuring tape
• Fluent in English; verbal, written and reading - Required
• Fluent in Spanish; verbal, written and reading - Preferred, but not required
• Stone Installation and service work, or other comparable experience is preferred, but not required
