Overview:


Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a logistics manager located at the USAF Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division in San Antonio, Texas. This position provides life cycle logistics management support to the USAF Air and Ground (A&G) Communications Security (COMSEC) Product Support section as the Ground Tactical Radio System manager.

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX - Lackland AFB

JOB STATUS: Fully on-site

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
(Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants)
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
CERTIFICATIONS: A relevant DAWIA/DAU/APDP certification is desired
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 10 years' experience of which 3 years must be in the DoD; or 15 years' experience in lieu of bachelor's degree, of which 5 must be in the DoD

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Broad knowledge of the organization and functions of activities involved in providing lifecycle logistics management.
  • Familiarity with Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) management and policy.
  • Knowledge of lifecycle and product support planning including budgeting for repair and replacement.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
  • Ability to lead a project team.
  • Proficient computer and Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Familiar with budget development.
  • Knowledge of Department of the Air Force and National Security Agency policies and procedures relating to the accountability of CCI.
  • Knowledge of USAF program planning, budgeting and item management systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide life cycle logistics management support to the USAF A&G COMSEC Product Support section as the Ground Tactical Radio System manager. This includes logistical support for Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) ground tactical radios used throughout the USAF.
  • Tactical radio system management, inventory and item management, equipment specialist and maintenance support.
  • Resolve logistics support issues.
  • Provide supply chain management advice.
  • Act as the single point of contact for USAF tactical radio management
  • Maintain a working relationship with the National Security Agency, DoD sister services and COMSEC original equipment manufacturers to meet mission requirements.
