Logistics Coordinator
Team Worldwide DFW in Grapevine, TX, is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator in the Freight Forwarding/3PL industry. The ideal candidate will be well versed in domestic air and ground freight operations, customer service and communications, and carrier capacity operations.

Requirements
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Prioritize, schedule and route shipments for transportation via air and ground network.
- Interact with customers and agents to rate and quote shipments via air, FTL, LTL, hot shot and line-haul.
- Maintain and grow relationships on Team’s behalf with both existing and new customers and carriers.
- Proactively reach out to carriers to source, price, negotiate and track shipments daily.
- Source and secure capacity for time sensitive freight by leveraging multiple sourcing platforms.
- Work alongside team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Branch Office and agent communications.
- Local cartage and dispatch.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of Freight Forwarding experience required.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Continual desire to learn and expand domestic knowledge.
- High level of resourcefulness and initiative.
