Stratton Mountain Resort is currently seeking friendly, guest service providing, Front Desk Agents to join the Lodging team. The Front Desk Agent will be working out of both The Black Bear Lodge and The Welcome Center. Agents are responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotels and condos, giving general information about the area, and answering the PBX phone system. Agents are expected to be friendly and outgoing at all times in order to deliver exceptional service. Immediate start dates, and housing is available. Seasonal full-time position available! This position pays $20/hour.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• problem-solving

• preparing welcome packets for arrivals

• preparing arrival envelopes

• sorting and facilitating mail delivery

• answering phones

• acting as concierge

• keeping the front desk area tidy and stacked with brochures

• selling lift tickets

• assisting guests with rates and information about future visits

Those applying for this position should be able to multitask and handle high volumes of people. Should be able to complete daily duties without direct supervision. Should also be excellent communicators and have a pleasant phone disposition.
