The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing locum tenens physician staffing agency in Dallas, Texas. We are looking for a Locum Tenens Support Specialist to join our client's growing team. Responsible for providing support with regard to the company’s objective of recruiting and/or placing healthcare professionals in locum tenens and permanent placement jobs, assignments, and positions across the country. Primary responsibilities will focus on supporting providers and internal operations and ensuring department KPIs are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Confirmation Letters and Administration
  • Review incoming DBFs (Days Booked Forms) and create assignments in CRM
  • Collect work logs from providers
  • Forward work logs to clients for approval and ensure client approval is obtained in a timely manner
  • Act as a point of contact for providers if they have a payroll or benefit question or issue
  • Work closely with payroll to ensure all providers are paid and payroll is accurate
  • Work with providers or client contacts to resolve any discrepancies
  • Serves as point person for the Recruiting and Account Management teams providing direction regarding daily questions and process changes

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4 Year degree and/or possess relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in technology skills, including:
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and Email
  • 2+ years of previous healthcare staffing / sales / account management, C-level professional service or related experience is preferred
  • Adaptability to demanding business environment with changing business priorities and ability to perform outstanding work under compressed time pressures
  • Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be organized and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks
  • Must demonstrate ability to work well and effectively with others
  • Must have excellent phone and communication skills
  • Must possess strong process orientation
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independent of close supervision
