We are a full-service US law firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Irvine, San Francisco, Dallas, and Miami, and are closely affiliated with one of China’s largest law firms.
As we emerge from this challenging pandemic period, YK Law is looking to add exceptional lawyers to its team.
We are currently seeking an experienced commercial litigation attorney to join our office in New York, Los Angeles, or Irvine as a contract partner. This is an opportunity for a lawyer looking to grow his or her practice, especially from local to international. In addition to representing US-based clients, our firm represents many Asian and other international clients, which allows our lawyers to work with clients from different parts of the world.
The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in handling commercial dispute and litigation matters, with at least 5 years thereof in private practice. Experience with matters before federal courts a plus as we advise many international clients involved with cross-border disputes. .

Qualifications:
- Qualified to practice law in California or New York and be an active member in good standing with the relevant bar association;
- 5+ years of private practice experience;
- A knack for distilling complex legal and technical concepts into plain, concise language.
- Excellent negotiating and drafting skills;
- Minimum book of business preferred; and
- J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $240,000.00 per year
