Qualifications

• 4+ years' of culinary or kitchen experience
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work any station in case of short staffing or call outs
• Must be able to explain & teach Front of the House about Specials and Menu Items during Pre Shift Meetings
• Understanding of Food Costs and Pricing
• Able to Speak English
• Able to Speak some Spanish
• Able to work Weekends
• Able to Use or Learn Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, Upserve POS system, Google Docs, Dropbox

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Quince Restaurant values and mission while performing responsibilities
• Prepare mise en place, cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
• Must be able to set up their respective stations in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
• Must be able to adapt to any additional tasks as assigned by the station lead, sous-chef, or executive chef
• Must know and uphold DOH standards
• Must know how to prepare everything dish on the station, as well as, know all dishes on the menu
