Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: Seven Springs and Hidden Valley
  • Starting Wage: $20 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide legendary service to all internal and external guests
  • Provide guest safety by watching over water, deck and surrounding areas.
  • Lifeguards must respond to emergency situations as needed.
  • Answer guests’ inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a cleanliness of pool deck and facilities including straightening and stacking of chairs, collecting towels and trash, moving chairs, stocking towels, etc.
  • Display knowledge of pool facilities such as length and depth of all pools.
  • Interact with guests while adhering to company customer service standards, policies and procedures.
  • Must determine houseguests from outside guests and accept payment or collect tickets.
  • Must adhere to Seven Springs Cash Handling Policy.
  • Maintains order in swimming areas, monitors pool and room temperature, inspects facilities for cleanliness.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Current high school student or high school graduate
  • Lifeguard Certification
  • CPR for the Professional Rescuer
  • First Aid Certification
  • AED and Oxygen Certification*
  • Preventing Disease Transmission*
  • Water Safety Instructor*
  • Pesticide Applicator*
  • COP*
  • Fire Extinguisher Training*
  • If over 18 must have valid drivers license. Staff members over 18 may occasionally be required to drive a company vehicle.


The budgeted range starts at $20. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
