What you will do:

  • Ensure consistent operation of powerhouse
  • Maintain process documentation
  • Communicate effectively with other operators and employees
  • Conduct daily inspections
  • Complete daily quality audits
  • Assist powerhouse operator in operation of the powerhouse
  • Perform maintenance activities
  • Maintain equipment
  • Perform regular housekeeping duties
  • Proficient computer skills

What you will need to be successful:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Be Willing and able to work a schedule which will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Be willing to work rotating shifts.
  • Willing and able to work on an emergency call-in basis when required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and deliver value to the team.
  • Willingness and ability to cross-train to learn new jobs and skills.
  • Consistent, predictable attendance.
  • State issued boiler license
  • Comply with all West Fraser safety policies and procedures
