The Sterling Group offers W2 employee positions and includes paid time off and employer contributions to taxes and benefits. You are compensated based on billable hours and admin time, with a full-time position (25+ weekly sessions) earning more than $100,000 per year. We have openings for part- and full-time therapists, and you have the flexibility to make your own schedule and work with the clients you want to see.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to young adults
• Maintain a minimum of 25 (full-time) or 15 (part-time) weekly sessions
• Complete timely documentation and maintain schedule in practice's EHR
• Coordinate care with clients' other providers as needed
• Participate in bi-weekly individual supervision and monthly group consultations

Qualifications:

• Master or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related discipline
• Active clinical license (LICSW, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LPC, LGPC, LGSW, LMHC or equivalent) in DC
• Licensure in additional states preferred
• Availability for a minimum of 15 client sessions per week
• Desire to work as part of a collaborative, supportive team

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
