Licensed Massage Therapist, Independent Contractor Job at Lifeline Chiropractic Center, PC
We are searching for a professional, courteous massage therapist to join our busy chiropractic office and help us to continue to provide our patients the best quality service in the area. We are conveniently located on Rt. 522. As an independent contractor, you will be in charge of your business, create your own schedule! Flexibility abounds! Some of the responsibilities include:
Provide relaxation or treat body pain and discomfort through physical touch by providing 30, 60, 90 minute massages to clients by appointment. Manage clients by meeting with them to determine the type of massage they need. Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions. Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods. Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire.
Some requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Well groomed professional appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Massage therapy license; Successful completion of minimum 600 hour massage program
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
