Provider Requirements:Community Health settingSpecialty: LCW, would also be open to a Psychologist, PHDEducation: LCW or PHDLicense: FloridaYears of Experience: New grads welcome
Dates/Schedule needed: Monday-Friday (Mondays 7-7, Tuesday-Friday 7am-4pm). Flexible if you have another schedule of availability.
EMR: Greenway, but will transition to Epic
Patient Population: Patient population is lower income population. High number of substance abuse population. Acute Care. Advantage is building brand new facility in 2023.
Additional details:
Salary Range: Negotiable
Other benefits: Full benefits package including medical, 401k with 3% match, dental, vision and supp. 4 weeks of vacation, plus 5 days for CME. 3500 for license renewals and/or certifications.
