Licensed Clinical Social Worker Job at Resurgia
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our team as Clinical Social Worker where you will focus on providing high-quality behavioral health care as part of an integrated primary care team, right in patient's homes.
The successful candidate will be a multi-faceted LCSW with a strong and demonstrated outcomes orientation, strong problem-solving skills, a bias for action, a desire to make a difference, a consummate team player, and exhibit a high degree of professionalism. This candidate will operate as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team within a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic behavioral illnesses
- Deliver psychotherapy treatments
- Perform comprehensive behavioral examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with a collaborating psychiatrist, physician, or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 3+ years experience
- Deep commitment to providing complete care
- Previous experience in house call medicine
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong team player
- Excellent administrative, organizational and verbal communication skills
- Multi-lingual a plus, especially Spanish
Salary & Benefits:
- Experience-Based Starting Salary Range: $70,000 to $105,000
