The legal assistant MUST BE FLUENT IN JAPANESE. This position will be responsible for managing intellectual property matters, attorney dockets, interacting with clients, and preparing and managing correspondence to clients, international attorneys and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Preferred Skill requirements:

- Must be fluent in Japanese

- Must have 1-10+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal

- Excellent organizational and follow up skills

- The ability to work independently

- Must possess strong attention to detail

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- The ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Experience: 2-4 years Intellectual Property Assistant
